So often, it is difficult to educate average Americans to the fact that law and regulation is influenced by those who want to profit from laws and regulations that always give them the edge over the average citizen. While we are led to believe that "individual rights" are protected under The Constitution, our "commercial" individual rights are being taken away by the large corporations who insist on "arbitration" etc.. in their contracts with the American consumer. Hopefully, this NEW Consumer agency will have TEETH and stop some of the exploitation of the individual consumers and laws and regulations will be reviewed (as per President Obama's EO) to determine if these laws and regulations are fair to the American public.
