Where can I find information on law firms suing on behalf of their client? Their client is a business entity name that is also owned by the attorney who owns the law firm.

The law firm or the business entity name does not have collection agency bonds on file per NJSA 45:18-1.

I have written to every agency and organization in NJ and US.

Is it possible that neither entity must file a bond? The law firm purchased the debt. Are they now the original creditor and not have to abide by collection agency laws?

Please help, I have been sued and law is looking to sell my home.
