Zombies with “simulated WMDs” attack Minneapolis!

Apparently left with nothing else to do, Minneapolis police arrested the “Zombie 7,” a group clearly spawned by the Internet, who were dancing to portable stereos. Along with their ghoulish costumes, some were apparently wearing backpacks that had wires sticking out of them.
These wires apparently didn’t fool the officers into thinking they were dirty bombs, but the Zombie 7 were arrested anyway for carrying “simulated weapons of mass destruction.” I’m not even sure that’s a real crime, but it smacks of police harassment.
The Zombie 7 are now asking for an apology from the Minneapolis police, which seems like a fair request.
